There comes a time in all new businesses when you need help! And you wonder: Should I recruit? Should I get a freelancer? Should I ask my mum or sister?!

I’ve been building DARETOGROW for three years and the question has been on my mind for the last year. Finally, it’s time!

In today’s vlog, I share why I’ve decided to recruit a full time member of the team rather than hire a freelancer and I share some really useful insights into recruiting in any small business or start up.
