Exercise will change your life. It doesn’t matter if it’s a fast walk, swimming, a run, 10 minutes of dancing in the living room – there is something about it that will change your life.

So here’s my challenge to you…what daily tasks can you turn into exercise? Could you walk to work one day next week?

Could you dance to three songs back to back when you wake up today? Could you run to the bank to pay in a cheque instead of drive?

People who change their lives do so because they generate momentum around new activities, new ideas and new habits.

One of the easiest ways to create momentum in your body is to move it 😉 And don’t forget, some people don’t magically have more energy than other people. They’re just better at generating it.

So who do you know who has more energy and what are they doing to generate it? Exercising more? Drinking more water? Sleeping more? Taking more holidays?

If there is something you want in your life, find someone who has those results and model their behaviour. The results will soon be inevitable.

Let me know in the comments how you’ll rise to the challenge 🙂

Remember – your life doesn’t change by accident. It’s not what you do every once and in a while: it’s what you do over and over that will change your life.
