[VLOG 237] How to get out of a funk
People think that when they get to the next level, things are going to be easier, or that when they arrive – they’re going to be happier. The truth is: The growth never stops. Every time you get to the next level, more ‘stuff’ comes up to work through, you hit more ‘blocks’. And that’s okay.
It’s a good thing. For us to evolve and develop higher consciousness, we must keep working through the blocks. And we can’t do that until they present themselves. Every time we grow, and level up and take on new challenges, we give ourselves the opportunities to meet those new blocks.
What I’ve found, during all of this growth, is that it’s really important to get clear on what you love, on what grounds you, on what brings you back home to yourself. So when things get a little off balance and you lose your way or fall into a funk…you know what to do to get back on track.
I forgot this lately, rushing round to different cities – different countries even – and starting lots of new projects. So, when I woke up in a funk a few Sunday’s ago…this is what I did to get out of it.
