[VLOG 236] What is Forest Bathing? (Shinrin-yoku)
Wow, this is becoming quite the thing! Since Alice introduced me to the term ‘Forest Bathing’ two weeks ago I am seeing it pop up everywhere!
Have you heard of it – Forest Bathing, otherwise known as ‘shinrin-yoku’.
It was developed in Japan in the 1980s after studies showed that two hours of mindful exploration in a forest could reduce blood pressure, lower stress and improve memory. Erm yes please!!
So, after a crazy few weeks on the road (or rather in the air!) Alice took us Forest Bathing at Thrunton Woods. What a treat!
