[Vlog 218] BEHIND THE SCENES OF A 6 FIGURE COACHING BUSINESS

I can’t even tell you how much I wanted to be a coach. Okay, okay…I can…

 

When I was 23 years old, I quit a £50k+ job in London ‘to be a coach’. It was my dream job! I wanted to show people how to live their dreams lives…or at the time…get their dream job! Lol. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. I only had £5k in savings. And I was back in work within 3 months. Embarrassed. Confused. But determined!

 

I had made three mistakes:

 

(1) I didn’t have the result I was teaching so I didn’t really know how to be of service and what would make the difference.

 

(2) I was charing by the hour – that ain’t scalable baby!

 

(3) I had no brand!!! No-one knew who I was and I had to ‘sell’ to instead of invite my clients in.

 

Over the last few years, I’ve done things a little differently.

 

(1) I’ve been on a massive journey of awakening, investing tens of thousands in my own personal development and in high end coaches. I’ve learnt from the best in the world and I’ve done the work. I am know teaching what I know.

 

(2) I built a programme – Expansion – with very specific outcomes and a clear programme of work. I focus on helping my clients build a scalable online course, consultancy business or group coaching programme.

 

(3) I’ve gone all in on brand – filming a vlog every single day, adding value up front and showing the results I get in my own life.

 

In just under four years I’ve gone from being £100k in debt (that’s another story!) to becoming a multiple six-figure coach, helping people all over the world and living a life that was once clippings in a vision book!

 

It’s crazy.

 

And it’s possible.
