This morning ritual changed my life
Five years I was so deep in depression that I couldn’t get out of bed and had lost all joy for life. I didn’t know who I was anymore and couldn’t see the point in anything.
On a quest to feel better, I introduced a brand new morning ritual into my life, on advice from people who had changed their life for the better.
The results have been astonishing.
