When you’re trying to change your life day in, day out, the struggle is real. Believe me, I know!

We can get so caught up in our vision that we focus on an outcome, and on results, and on this perfect thing we’re trying to achieve at the end of the road. But being obsessed with results won’t bring the happiness you’re looking for.

True peace in living your dream life is knowing that the whole thing is a journey, and revelling in that instead. So, that’s what I’m doing today!!

In order to change your life, you’ve got to let go of your obsession with the results. Go on the journey for yourself – to express yourself – and the result will come. Trust me.
