Last week was a dream come true (dramatic I know!) – flying to LA to see Tony Robbins live at Unleash the Power Within. This event has set my spirit free and I’ve realised something very important: there is a difference between knowing and understanding.
When you ‘know‘ you ‘do the work’, when you ‘understand‘ you talk about it instead. Alice and I have now committed to an incredible daily practice to help us manifest our dreams.
